Privacy Policy

Photo Resizer KB · Last updated: 18 July 2026

SizeReady (the “App”) is published by Ynoxa (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what the App does — and deliberately does not do — with your information.

The short version

Your photos, signatures and PDF documents are processed entirely on your device. They are never uploaded to us. The App has no accounts and no processing servers. The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob, which collects device identifiers as described below; buying Pro removes advertising entirely.

1. Documents and images

  • All image, signature and PDF processing happens locally on your phone.
  • The App does not transmit, store remotely, analyse in the cloud, or sell your files, file names or file contents.
  • Files you export are saved where you choose; files the App keeps for its History screen stay in the App’s private storage until you delete them or uninstall the App.
  • Processed files are excluded from Android cloud backups, so identity documents never reach a backup server through the App.
  • Location (GPS) metadata found in photos is removed from exports by default and is never copied into new files.

2. On-device machine learning

Face detection and background (selfie) segmentation use Google ML Kit models that run on your device. Images analysed by these features are not sent to us or to Google by the App.

3. Permissions

  • Camera — requested only when you choose a camera feature (scan a document, capture a signature or photo). Images are processed on-device.
  • Internet / network state — used only for advertising, the consent dialog and purchase processing (see below). Document processing works fully offline.
  • The App does not request contacts, SMS, call logs, precise location, or broad photo/storage access. Image selection uses the Android photo picker, which shares only the items you pick.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version shows advertisements served by Google AdMob (the Google Mobile Ads SDK). We do not use any other advertising network or mediation.

To serve and measure ads and to protect against fraud and abuse, Google may collect and process:

  • device identifiers, including your advertising ID;
  • IP address and the coarse, non-precise location derived from it;
  • general device information (model, OS version, language);
  • ad interaction data (which ads were shown, viewed or tapped).

How Google uses this data is described in Google’s Privacy Policy and in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Your documents and their contents are never shared with advertisers.

Consent and your ad choices

  • Where required (for example in the EEA and UK), a consent dialog (Google User Messaging Platform) appears before ads are shown. You can review or change your choice at any time under Settings → Privacy choices in the App.
  • Depending on your consent, ads may be personalised or non-personalised. Non-personalised ads still use limited data (such as IP address and coarse device information) for frequency capping and fraud prevention.
  • You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalisation, in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads, and manage Google-wide ad preferences at myadcenter.google.com.
  • Purchasing Pro removes advertising (and with it the Google Mobile Ads SDK’s data collection at runtime) entirely.

5. Purchases

Pro is a one-time purchase processed by Google Play. We receive purchase state (entitlement) from Google Play Billing; we never see your payment details. Payments are handled under Google Play’s terms and privacy policy.

6. Crash reports and analytics

The App contains no crash-reporting and no analytics SDK. It sends no crash reports, usage statistics or telemetry to us.

7. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ad serving is configured for a general (non-child-directed) audience.

8. Data retention and deletion

Uninstalling the App removes all app-managed files and settings from your device. Files you exported to your own folders remain yours and are untouched. We hold no copy of your data on any server, so there is nothing for us to delete on our side; advertising and purchase data held by Google can be managed through your Google account controls.

9. Security

The App’s only network traffic (advertising, consent and billing) is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Your documents never leave the device through the App.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or US state privacy laws), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of personal data. Because we do not collect or store your personal data on our systems, such requests concerning advertising data are best directed to Google via the controls in section 4 — but you can always contact us and we will help: support@ynoxa.com.
